HOW IT WORKS
1
Contact us
We will help you asses how much meat you need, talk you through the options of how you can have your meat cut and when the next available cows will be ready.
This can be a confusing process so we are here to help. Once you reach out, we'll ask you some questions about your lifestyle to help recommend how much beef you would need. After that, we'll determine when the next cows are available and send you an invoice for a deposit to secure your spot!
2
Pay a deposit
After we have established your needs and get your order placed, we will take a 20% deposit.
Once you have paid your deposit, we will help walk you through the different options you have for how your meat is cut. During this period, we will send you updates on how the cows are progressing as we near the delivery date to the butcher.
3
Pickup your beef
Time to pick your beef up from the butcher and enjoy it with family and friends! Be sure to send us your pictures and favorite recipes
We will deliver your cow to the butcher, they will call you to fill out the cut sheet and then in 14-21 days your meat is ready for you to enjoy with your family and friends!

HOW MUCH IT COSTS
We make it
SIMPLE
Our prices are broken down so you don't have to wonder how much your locally raised beef will cost. We have over 70 years of experience under our belts raising cattle, so we cut out the sale barn pricing jargon and make it easy for you to understand! We know how to consistently hit our target finish weights so we set a fixed price in advance. No tough math equations with variables for you to figure out how much you may pay.
If the animal weighs more than we plan (it happens.. we feed them well..) then you come out on top! Great beef AND a great deal!

Premium grass
Our animals are grazed on Bermuda grass year-round. During the dormant stage of our Bermuda, the herd is supplemented with Bermuda hay that is produced on the ranch during the summer months when it is at its highest nutritional value.
PROVEN
A formula that guarantees quality
Fresh Water
Our herd is watered from enclosed water troughs supplied by wells. These same water wells have provided the family homes and ranch office water for decades. Most cattle operations water their cattle in ponds. our water system lowers the risk of disease transmission and ensures a better quality of life for the cattle.
Closed Herd
Our cattle are all born and raised on the ranch. Every cow we have, its' mother, its mother's mother and even it's grandmothers mother, were all born and raised here. The only cattle introduced to our herd are our breeding bulls, which are raised right across the road by our cousins at the Southern Cross Ranch
Acceptional breed
The Hereford breed is one of the more docile cattle breeds and is known for their marbling characteristic. This allows us to handle our cattle in such a manner that reduces their stress and, combined with the high-quality food and water our land naturally provides, increase the probability of you getting Choice or Prime beef from us.
